Educational workers in Silovo: If this continues, we won't be able to survive
Educational workers in Silovo who tried to withdraw their salaries today were not able to do so. They expressed shock at everything that was happening and stated that they would struggle to survive if this situation continued.
"Today we unexpectedly caused this crowd because we cannot withdraw our earnings. People are shocked and if these measures continue, we will hardly survive," teacher Jovica Filipovic said.
His colleague conveyed that everyone was disappointed.
"Today we are here to withdraw the money that our state has deposited as the second part of the salary for January. Unfortunately, due to the abolishment of the dinar, we are unable to withdraw the money," teacher Marina Zakic said.
Among the gathered educators who tried to withdraw their salaries, some elderly citizens were unable to withdraw their pensions, including Rexhie Ibrahimaj from Gnjilane.
Today in North Mitrovica, educational workers within the Republic of Serbia's educational system attempted to withdraw their salaries that were deposited into their accounts, but they were unable to do so due to the CBK decision.
