KFOR: We are investigating the case of removing the Serbian flag from the fence of a private house in Leposavic

KFOR started an investigation regarding the information that their patrol took down several Serbian flags from the fence of Gradimir Nastic's house in Leposavic two nights ago, they announced for Kosovo online from the international military mission in Kosovo.

KFOR says an investigation has been launched to determine exactly what happened.

"Regional Commander KFOR East is committed to verifying the facts and establishing any responsibility. We will inform you of our investigation when we uncover more details," the KFOR statement said.

Kosovo online wrote about this event yesterday and in a conversation with Gradimir Nastic we learned that he has a video from security cameras showing KFOR jeeps in front of his yard in the village of Ibarska Slatina.

Nastic told us that he recently placed six flags of the Republic of Serbia on the fence to commemorate Armistice Day in the First World War, and yesterday morning it was noticed that they had been removed.
