The Serb arrested in Merdare was ordered to be detained by the police for 48 hours

Serbian lawyer of T.B. from Priluzje, who was arrested today in Merdare, Jovana Filipovic confirmed for Kosovo Online that her client was detained by the police for 48 hours.

Kosovo police announced that Serb T.B. (52), who was arrested this afternoon at the Merdare crossing, was suspected of having committed war crimes against the civilian population in the Vucitrn municipality in the period from 1998 to 1999.

The office for Kosovo and Metohija, which hired a lawyer, announced that T.B. was the father of three children and that he was with his wife at the time of his arrest, as well as that he was returning from Krusevac, which he occasionally visited.
