Voters in Gracanica: Voting is our civic duty

The first voters in Gracanica arrived early at the polling stations this morning. They told Kosovo Online that voting in the elections is a civic duty that everyone should fulfill.

"We came to fulfill our civic duty. We hope for the best," one Gracanica resident said.

Nemanja Mihajlovic said he came early to vote because he has other obligations.

"Yes, it is Sunday, but there is always work to do at home. We expect and always hope for better," Mihajlovic said.

Wanting to avoid the crowd, Momir Micic also came early.

"To avoid the crowd and fulfill our civic duty. Everything depends on the great powers. We would like the best, but others, the big ones, dictate what and how," Micic said.

Petar Djordjevic also voted this morning.

"I expect politicians to start focusing on the people and do something concrete for those who live here, not just for themselves," he said.
