Basha: Americans are not sinless, look at the Dayton Agreement

Self-Determination MP Dimal Basha said that the Americans were "not saints, but also make mistakes, like the Dayton Agreement," as reported by Reporteri.

Regarding the pressure of the US officials on Pristina about the CSM establishment, Basha stated that he was "against the Association because no minority in the world has more rights than the Serbs in Kosovo."

"Don't take the Americans as saints because they are people like us. They are the highest democracy, but Dayton happened when the Americans were involved – they can be wrong, too," Basha said on Channel 10.

Basha emphasized Ahtisaari's plan again.

"We are against the Association. It is not right, including all Serbs' rights, decentralization gave them ten municipalities, in other words, four percent of the population got ten seats in the Assembly. Moreover, vital laws cannot be voted on without the majority of minority communities. There is no minority in the world that has greater rights than the Serbs in Kosovo," Basha said.
