Artan Behrami, member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, stated that Kosovo’s diplomacy is in collapse, adding that the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Donika Gervalla, through her actions, “has done a favor to Serbia,” Klan Kosova reports.

"They say we have excellent relations with the United States. How are relations measured? Relations are also measured by our diplomatic presence. While the United States has hundreds of diplomats here, we have just a handful of diplomats in the US, whereas Serbia has 40–50 diplomats in the US," Behrami told Klan Kosova.

He added that Serbia invests in the narrative against the KLA, and Kosovo’s ministry does the same.

"We have a process in The Hague, where KLA leaders are on trial. Kosovo has two or three diplomats, Serbia has 20–30 diplomats because it invests in the narrative against the KLA. And here we have a ministry that has actually been helping that narrative against the KLA all along. In the past period, Serbian diplomacy wouldn’t have had to be active for five years, because Donika Gervalla carried out this task perfectly," Behrami said, noting that “Gervalla paved the way for Serbia.”
