Two ministers from Kurti's government, Xhelal Svecla and Elbert Krasniqi, went to the field today to see the removal of a billboard featuring honorary citizens of Zvecan - Aleksandar Vucic, Marko Djuric, Vladimir Putin, Novak Djokovic...

Svecla shared a video of the billboard removal on Facebook and stated that the only symbol of Serbia in Kosovo would be its embassy in Pristina.

"Today, in Zvecan, illegal billboards with symbols and images of dictators and aggressors, which are unacceptable in the Republic of Kosovo, were removed," he emphasized on Facebook.

As he noted, Kosovo is clearly defined due to its "democratic values and Euro-Atlantic orientation, while as an institution, it remains committed to the rule of law and the application of constitutionality in every part of the country."

"These billboards and images of fascists and aggressors like Vladimir Putin and opponents of our state will not find a place in our country," Svecla wrote.

On this billboard, located on the main road from Mitrovica to Leposavic, were honorary citizens of the municipality of Zvecan. In addition to two presidents, the billboard also featured the world's best tennis player Novak Djokovic, Serbian Ambassador to the US Marko Djuric, humanitarian Milorad Arlov, academician Zoran Krivokapic, and politician Jugoslav Kostic.
