Svecla: Privatization Agency of Kosovo is the owner of "Rajska Banja" complex

Kosovo Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Svecla, stated today that there was no doubt that the Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) was the owner of the "Rajska Banja" complex in Zvecan, as reported by Telegrafi.

"This is a lesson for all those who want to invest illegally that they cannot do so," Svecla said.

He added that, regarding the management of this complex, it was the result of merging two ministries – the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the former Ministry of Public Administration.

"The former Ministry of Administration has a department for managing objects of this type owned by the state. That is why we took over the management of this facility," Svecla said.

Members of the Kosovo Police raided the hotel and spa complex "Rajska Banja" yesterday and expelled the workers who were there.

Svecla also mentioned that he expected the police and the prosecutor's office to release a report in the coming days regarding the findings of the conflict on September 24th in Banjska.
