Chollet spoke with Kurti about the importance of the immediate formation of the CSM

The special adviser of the US State Department, Derek Chollet, spoke with Kosovo Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, as he stated, about the importance of the urgent implementation of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, and the strong partnership between the US and Kosovo.

“Very good conversation with Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, about the May 2 leaders’ meeting on normalizing relations with Serbia through the EU-Facilitated Dialogue, the importance of implementing the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities immediately, and strong U.S.-Kosovo partnership,” Chollet wrote on Twitter.

According to the announcement of the EU Special Representative for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Miroslav Lajcak, the main points of discussion between the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucc, and the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, are the Declaration on Missing Persons and the presentation of the Draft Statute of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities.
