Citaku after Kurti's statement in Paris: Beginner’s Diplomacy

The Kosovo Democratic Party Vice President Vlora Citaku indicated that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's statement that he was visiting the Elysée Palace for the third time in two years was a "beginner's diplomacy".

Citaku posted on Facebook that during two of the three visits mentioned by Kurti, receptions at the Elysée Palace were organized for all the present leaders.

‘’For example, it is the same thing as if I would, as an Ambassador, brag about the White House holiday cards I receive, which automatically go to all diplomatic missions’’. Citaku said.
