Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic stated that the European Union, by signing the Brussels Agreement, is a guarantor that the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities will be formed, but "attempts are now being made to reopen this already closed topic, which Pristina reluctantly accepts", Danas reports.

"For Belgrade, it is unacceptable that we go back to something that was signed and agreed upon just because Brussels and the USA hesitate to force (Albin) Kurti to fulfill the obligation. We will not fall into that trap, nor will we agree to the battle for supremacy between Brussels and Paris, Berlin and Washington, behind our backs," said Dacic for today's Večernje novosti.

As he stated, "all of them individually, and especially united, only if they want, have the power and mechanisms to force Pristina to comply with its part of the Brussels Agreement".

"This is not done only by inviting Kosovo to do its part in the last few days, because Pristina has turned a deaf ear to them countless times," Dacic.
