Dejan Pantic was ordered detention for 30 days

The Special Prosecutor's Office of the General Court in Pristina ordered Dejan Pantic from North Mitrovica to be detained for 30 days, during the period from December 10 to January 9, 2023.

This was what his lawyer Srdjan Mitrovic told Kosovo Online.

"Five minutes ago, I received a decision, but it is not a decision, but an enacting term of the decision in which it is said that a detailed explanation would be provided later," Mitrovic told us.

He added that an appeal would be filed against this decision within the legal term.

Dejan Pantic was arrested on Friday at the Jarinje crossing when he was returning from Raska with his family. He is charged with the criminal offense of "Committing a terrorist act".
