Delevic: Detention of three Serbs arrested after the events in Banjska extended

Dusan Maksimovic, Vladimir Tolic, and Blagoje Spasojevic, who were arrested after the events in Banjska on September 24th last year, have had their detention extended for another two months lawyer Milos Delevic said for Kosovo Online.

"Their detention has been extended for another two months. The investigation is not yet complete, but we expect them to be questioned soon," Delevic said.

He stated that due to the complexity of this case, the investigation had not yet concluded, but everything was proceeding within the legally prescribed deadlines.

Delevic, who represents Vladimir Tolic in this case, says that his client still has bars in his leg from the shooting but expects him to be transferred to a hospital in Pristina in the next few weeks to have them removed.

The decision to extend the detention was made at the request of the prosecution.

These measures have been in effect since September 26, 2023.
