Demhasaj: The government would avoid international pressure by having drafted a statute on the CSM

Analyst Arton Demhasaj said that the Government of Kosovo must have drafted a statute on the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, which, he said, would shift the pressure to Serbia, Ekonomia Online reports.

"From the very beginning, Kurti's government must have drafted a CSM statute and present that draft to the international factor. This statute had to be drawn up on the basis of the decision of the Constitutional Court, so then the pressure that Kosovo has been facing these days would go to the other side. Now we have a decision of the Constitutional Court, which all public institutions to which that decision refers are obliged to implement," Demhasaj said.
