Djukanovic: Koha spins that the Serbs attacked KFOR, they want to drag us into a conflict with NATO
According to Pristina's Koha, a KFOR Mission team was attacked tonight in Zubin Potok, and MP Vladimir Djukanovic assessed that a perfidious action was underway that tried to present that Serbs are attacking KFOR in an attempt to drag Serbia into a conflict with NATO.
Koha states that the KFOR members who were attacked are from Latvia and there are still no reports of injuries, nor are the details of the attack known, and that information from the Kosovo Police is awaited.
Djukanovic, for TV Pink, said that what Koha published was "a spin".
"The narrative is constantly being used that President Aleksandar Vucic is a little Vladimir Putin, that he is creating hegemony towards Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo, that he is creating a Serbian world, that he is a Russian man who wants to attack NATO. That is the narrative that is being used," he explained.
Djukanovic added that by claiming that the Serbs attacked KFOR, they were trying to draw Serbia into a conflict with NATO.
Djukanovic said that with a terrible spin Putin was being declared a fascist even though Russia gave 27 million lives against the fascists, and this way it was tried to make out of Serbia, which suffered the most from fascism, a fascist state, and those who were collaborators of the fascists in the Second World War from the ballistas in Kosovo, to the Ustasha in Croatia, they are now democratic forces.
"It is a replacement of the thesis that is being made, not to mention the criminalization of Serbs in Kosovo. But the biggest campaign, if there is an armed conflict, will come from Serbia against the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija. In cooperation with the headquarters that write texts, some media in Serbia, including Koha, publish without changing a single comma," he said.
Djukanovic said that he expected "peace activists" to appear, peaceful protests that would claim that Vucic was dragging Serbia into the 90s.
He emphasized that they wanted to completely exclude Vucic from the negotiations and remove him from power.
Djukanovic said that now we were entering a serious phase of collision and that Serbia would have to seriously say that it was not going like this anymore, that there could be a serious burn-out.
"It has gone too far and we will have to say clearly: this will happen to you," he explained.
