Djuric and Kombos discuss obstruction of the Serb List’s participation in Elections in Kosovo

Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Djuric met today in Vienna, on the margins of the OSCE Ministerial Council, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus, Constantinos Kombos, whom he briefed on the latest actions of Albin Kurti’s administration, including the obstruction of the Serb List’s participation in the elections.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Djuric and Kombos reaffirmed the longstanding friendship and brotherly relations between the two countries, built on mutual support in matters of utmost national importance.

Minister Djuric emphasized that the integration of the Western Balkans into the EU is a guarantee of prosperity and stability not only for the region, but for Europe as a whole.

He expressed hope that Cyprus will continue to support Serbia on its path toward EU integration, especially during its presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of next year.
