The Ambassador of Serbia to the US, Marko Djuric, indicated that there were three key postulates to base the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities establishment on, RTV reports.

Djuric specified that the first was the original text of the First Agreement on Normalization from April 19, 2013, and the second was the Rules of Procedure of the Management Team for the CSM establishment.

As the third key postulate, he notes the Principles for the CSM formation, which were signed in 2015.

"We are talking about 23 principles that Pristina agreed to in writing and with the signature of the then president of the provincial government, Isa Mustafa, for the full development of the wide range of the CSM jurisdiction," Djuric said for Politika.

He said that the then vice-president of the European Commission had guaranteed them.

Djuric stated that the crisis in the dialogue started when the so-called Constitutional Court of Kosovo annulled 22 out of 23 principles.
