Escobar: Leaders showed political courage

The US special envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, expressed satisfaction with the agreement reached at the highest level meeting within the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo in Ohrid.

"I am very satisfied with what has been achieved. I am very grateful to our European friends for bringing us to this, and to the leaders for the political courage shown to achieve this," said Escobar in a short statement to journalists.

He assessed that this agreement is of great importance for the region.
