Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) Presidency member Muhamet Hamiti criticized President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti for what he described as the damage they have caused to Kosovo.
According to him, Kosovo has been under EU sanctions for three years because of the Self-Determination Movement, and he says the country has lost hundreds of millions of euros, adding that it now has “the most corrupt government in history.”
“Kosovo is isolated, in institutional deadlock, without a functioning parliament, without an effective government, following the national elections on February 9. At this moment, the country’s leaders, the president and the prime minister, are speaking about their successes, achievements, and progress. If this is what they call achievement, if this state of social, economic, and political paralysis is considered progress, then what would failure look like?” Hamiti wrote on Facebook.
