Haziri: Kosovo must implement the 2013 agreement and establish the CSM

Lutfi Haziri, the Vice President of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), stated that the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities must be formed and that Kosovo finds itself in this situation due to the failure to implement the agreement on the Community, as stipulated by the 2013 agreement.

Haziri conveyed this message at a roundtable discussion in Kosovska Mitrovica on the topic of "Implementation of the Franco-German Plan," as reported by Ekonomia Online.

"We have also recommended to the majority formed two and a half years ago, whose mandate is expiring, to promptly implement the 2013 agreement in order to make progress in the dialogue and normalization of relations, with the aim of achieving a legally binding agreement and resolving the biggest problem in the Western Balkans," Haziri stated.
