Hoxhaj: There were better chances for mutual recognition in 2017 than today
Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Enver Hoxhaj indicates that there was a greater possibility for mutual recognition before 2017 than there is today.
"Albin Kurti's statement that the CSM is part of the European plan and the sentence that all agreements must be implemented are actually problems of conscience. I think it's a phrase. If this sentence had been spoken 10 years ago, after the Ohrid Agreement, it would have ended with mutual recognition. I want to say that before 2017 in the West and before the war in Ukraine, there was an international situation more favorable for Kosovo to achieve mutual recognition than it is now in 2023," Hoxhaj pointed out.
Hoxhaj adds that Kurti used the dialogue to divide society in Kosovo.
"I think that is the most important sentence that has been spoken since the dialogue with Serbia began. Of course, this sentence proves the big fraud that Kurti has committed in the last 13 years, using dialogue to divide society in Kosovo," Hoxhaj said for T7.
