Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Skender Hyseni, said that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti would form the CSM, because running away from that obligation would be a disaster for Kosovo, calling Kurti a "tragi-comic political figure".

Hyseni stated on Facebook that the CSM was an international obligation and would be implemented as such.

"Kurti and Osmani showed a chronic inability to read and clearly understand the orders of Kosovo's supporters in the world. This was especially evident in the actions and rebellions in the north. Kurti and Osmani, without vision, without courage, and knowledge, returned Kosovo to the zero point," Hyseni said.

He added that Kurti's arguments against the CSM along with the conditions were ridiculous.

"He lies to the citizens when he says that the Constitutional Court rejected the CSM. This is a lie. He also manipulates when he says the Community is one-national because it is not. The very fact that it says "municipalities with a Serb majority" means that there are also members of other nationalities in those municipalities. According to Kurti's logic, even Kosovo is monoethnic because 92 percent of the population is Albanian. But Kosovo is also multi-ethnic because there are also eight percent of other ethnic groups," Hyseni added.

Hyseni points out that Kurti wants to "brainwash" the international community as well as the members of his party.

"The conditions that exist today existed even without Kurti. But he still seems to think the whole world believes his lies, just like these Self-Determination Movement people seem to have been brainwashed. Apparently, Kurti in his parallel universe thought that no one in Kosovo and in the international community could read anything. That's why he cheats and lies shamelessly and so easily," Hyseni points out.

He states that "the delivery of illegal weapons is a ridiculous condition if it is related to the establishment of the CSM because it is the legal obligation of the Government to ensure that citizens do not possess illegal weapons."

"Kurti is desperately trying to package and sell the establishment of the Community to the members of his party. He does not stand up for the vital interests of the country," Hyseni concluded.
