Krasniqi: Rama's cancellation of the two governments' joint session an alarm for Kosovo

Memli Krasniqi, President of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), has described the situation as alarming after Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama canceled the joint session of the governments of Albania and Kosovo.

Krasniqi said on Facebook that Kosovo needs Albania more than ever.

"Alarm! At a time when all Western allies are disappointed with the Kosovo government, we need Albania more than ever," Krasniqi emphasized.

Following a meeting with the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, Rama stated that the session of the two governments was canceled, clarifying that Kosovo had currently strained relations with the entire Euro-Atlantic community and that the session could not be held in the expected format.
