Several thousand citizens gathered today in front of the Zvecan municipality building, where KFOR soldiers and members of the Kosovo Police Special Force are still present.
According to reporters from Kosovo Online, the largest number of Serbs to date has gathered in Zvecan. The number of Kosovo Police Special Forces and armored vehicles has increased since this morning, and tensions are high.
KFOR troops have placed several lines of barbed wire around the municipal building.
On the other side, the gathered citizens have unfurled a Serbian flag measuring 250 meters in length.
Former President of the Zvecan Municipality Assembly, Srdjan Milosavljevic, while unfurling the Serbian tricolor flag, once again called for peaceful protests, stating that the Serbian people are known for their peaceful nature.
