The former diplomat, Zoran Milivojevic, pointed out that Pristina was trying to use force and the methodology of intimidation and pressure to achieve a certain political solution at any cost.

"The authorities in Pristina are not alone in this, if there was no strategic support from the western centers of power, the situation would not be like this. It has nothing to do with the values of the liberal world because there is no judiciary, no justice, and no rule by democratic institutions," Milivojevic said on TV Pink.

He added that he did not see the good side in the message of the US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar.

"Very harsh, from a position of power, states that he sees this area in the trans-Atlantic community and that it must be so and that it is a done deal, as well as that Kosovo is an independent state. There is no mention of compromise, only 'must' can be seen. "Even the word pressure becomes mild considering the environment we are in," Milivojevic added.

Dragana Mitrovic from the Faculty of Political Sciences pointed out that it was very difficult for the Serbs, but also for many Albanians, to live in Kosovo and added that they dreamt of having normal conditions for life and that they wanted to think about the future, and above all to see the next day alive and well, and that someone had not attacked, kidnapped, killed, or arrested them.

"The reality of living in Kosovo is extremely difficult and it hurts and worries most of our citizens," Mitrovic said.

She added that the case of Dejan Pantic had been raised to the level of kidnapping.

"Judging by the evidence, Pantic was arrested for no reason at all. He was denied contact with his family, lawyer, and basic rights; the court itself is known for its grotesque processes. There are always two witnesses who recognize all those alleged criminals and the crimes they are accused of, which were allegedly committed 20 years ago," Mitrovic pointed out.
