North Mitrovica: Special police forces are withdrawing; two cars and a quad seized

Special units of the Kosovo Police have withdrawn from the Clinical Hospital Center in Kosovska Mitrovica and from the Grey Café located near the "Danica Jaramaz" preschool institution.

As reported by Kosovo Online's correspondent, the special police seized two "Mercedes" cars and one quad.

Zlatan Elek, Director of the Kosovska Mitrovica Clinical Hospital Center, confirmed earlier to Kosovo Online that the special police had forcibly entered the premises of the healthcare institution and conducted searches in certain rooms.

The Kosovo Police announced that they would conduct searches at five locations in municipalities in northern Kosovo today, related to the events that had occurred on Sunday, September 24th, in Banjska.

According to our information, special units of the Kosovo Police also conducted a search in Zvecan at an unknown location for now, after which they withdrew.

Based on reports from the field, searches have been conducted in Zubin Potok as well. As reported by Kosovo Online's correspondent in Leposavic, there is currently no action, but numerous special police officers are present at the local police station.
