O'Brien with Osmani: Kosovo to establish the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities

Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien announced in today's conversation with Kosovo's President Vjosa Osmani that Kosovo must establish the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities as an obligation from the dialogue.

O'Brien stated on the social network "X" that he also discussed with Osmani the importance of implementing monetary regulations, which would benefit all citizens of Kosovo, including the Serb-majority community.

"Good call with Vjosa Osmani today. We discussed the importance of Kosovo implementing monetary regulations so as to benefit all citizens of Kosovo, including the Serbian minority community, and for parties to fulfill all obligations from the EU-facilitated dialogue, which includes CSM for Kosovo," O'Brien stated.
