Office for Kosovo and Metohija: It is clear to everyone who is causing provocations and conflicts; the goal is to persecute the Serbs
The Office for Kosovo and Metohija condemned today the KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army) graffiti that was written on an outpatient clinic in the ethnically mixed village of Suvi Do near Kosovska Mitrovica.
The statement of the Office says that the graffiti, which was written yesterday, was noticed by the employees of the clinic.
"This clinic is a frequent target of attacks by Albanian vandals, and in previous years it was pelted with stones, windows were broken and anti-Serb graffiti was written. The Serbs from this village were disturbed by this anti-civilizational attack on a health facility, which additionally instills fear in the Serbs on the already heated situation in the north of Kosovo and Metohija," the statement said.
Such incidents and provocations, the Office emphasizes, certainly do not contribute to the de-escalation of the situation in the north of Kosovo, and representatives of the international community should clearly see this and finally understand the reality on the ground.
"It is clear to everyone who causes provocations and initiates conflicts and who is the only one to blame for incidents and attacks on the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, and every incident happens in full view of Kurti's Kosovo Police, which is in the north to persecute the Serbs and to turn a blind eye to ethnic attacks," the Office for Kosovo and Metohija points out.
