The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, referred once again to today's fight of the MPs in the Assembly of Kosovo, pointing out that this behavior of the MPs in the parliament is even more damaging to the already damaged reputation of Kosovo.

"My friends from Kosovo criticized me because I defended Albin, and Bislimi threw the first bottle, and that's exactly how the Self-Determination Movement opened the chapter on violence in the Assembly of Kosovo! I don't care who threw the bottle first, maybe they're right, maybe not, but if parliamentary democracy boils down to who threw the bottle first, then we have a problem with the meaning of democracy, and with the meaning of this key moment for Kosovo," Rama wrote on Twitter.

He added that today's actions in the parliament were scandalous.

"Today's behavior is scandalous. And as someone who knows very well how low Kosovo has fallen in the eyes of the entire democratic world due to the wrong approach of its government, I consider what happened today to be shameful and I am convinced that justifying such actions does not help, but even more harms the reputation of Kosovo, that's why I said and I say again that I want the opposition to distance itself from such actions," Rama wrote.
