Representatives of the Serb List with Lajcak: It is necessary to form the CSM according to the agreements from 2013 and 2015
Representatives of the Serb List met today with the EU Special Representative for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Miroslav Lajcak, with whom they discussed the political and security situation in Kosovo and the problems that the Serbs face every day.
As stated in the announcement, the leaders of the Serb List particularly emphasized that it was necessary to form the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, in accordance with the agreements from 2013 and 2015, whose implementation was guaranteed by the European Union.
They received assurances that all previously reached agreements had to be respected and that the EU remained committed to the issue, and that all other interpretations that had appeared in the public were unfounded, the press release added.
During the conversation, the president and vice presidents of the Serb List conveyed to the interlocutor the concern of the Serbian people due to the illegal arrests and prosecution of the Serbs who were judged in public without evidence or trial.
They also drew the Special Representative's attention to the frequent attacks on the Serbs, the seizure of Serbian land so that Pristina could build its illegal bases in the north of Kosovo, and the illegal presence of special units from Pristina in the north of Kosovo, who, they pointed out, had nothing to do there, not according to any item of the agreement.
