Salahu: Declare the Serb List a terrorist organization

Acting Deputy Minister of Justice in the Government of Kosovo, Blerim Salahu, stated that the review of the indictment and the trial in the Banjska case should be concluded as soon as possible, including the "declaration of the Serb List as a terrorist organization."

According to him, any other verdict by the competent court would represent a violation of "Kosovo's state security."

"The review of the indictment and the trial of the Serbian terrorists in the Banjska case must be concluded as soon as possible, including the declaration of the Serb List as a terrorist organization. Any other verdict by the competent court would constitute a brutal violation of the state security of the Republic of Kosovo," he wrote on Facebook.
