Selmanaj: The Government and the Assembly create the worst laws in the history of Kosovo

MP from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Driton Selmanaj, criticized the draft laws proposed by the Government and the final regulations adopted by the Parliament, Klan Kosova reports.

According to his words, every other law adopted by the Assembly of Kosovo can be challenged in the Constitutional Court.

"The current Government and the Assembly are creating the worst laws that the history of Kosovo has ever seen. I think that every other law can be challenged in the Constitutional Court," Selmanaj said at a round table on the work of the Parliament organized by the Kosovo Institute for Justice.

Selmanaj added that Kosovo should rely more on the help of the international community, in order to strengthen capacities in the process of passing laws.
