Serb List: Armed civilians without insignia observed on the promenade in North Mitrovica

The Serb List announced that it had been informed by citizens that a larger number of armed civilians without any insignia had been seen on the main city promenade in North Mitrovica, particularly near the main bridge.

The Serb List called on the EULEX and KFOR missions to urgently come to the scene and verify what was happening, noting that citizens were concerned for their safety given that many families with children were present on the promenade during the evening hours.

“We call on citizens to remain calm and not to fall prey to possible provocations by the outgoing regime in Pristina, which is ready to do anything in an attempt to score cheap political points,” the Serb List concluded.
