Simic: By stealing land Kurti wants to cause tensions in the north
Slavko Simic, a member of the presidency of the Serb List, said today that the Kosovo government's decision to expropriate Serbian land in the north of Kosovo represented the expropriation of the property of Serbian owners, with which Albin Kurti wants to cause tension on the ground.
"Kurti clearly wants to cause tensions in the field and provocation, to irritate the Serbian people in the north of Kosovo in this way. It is obvious that in all possible ways he wants, above all, to jeopardize the dialogue process and everything that the Serbian people are fighting for here in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, and what Belgrade is fighting for in Brussels," Simic said, as reported by RTV.
He said that the Serbian people in the north of Kosovo and the Serbian owners will defend their right to exist in a peaceful and dignified way, with the help of their country of Serbia, their president Aleksandar Vucic and the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
"We will contact all international addresses, to draw attention so that this process is really stopped and that the international community understands that Albin Kurti wants to disenfranchise the Serbian people in the north of Kosovo and Metohija in all possible ways," stressed Simic.
He thereby reacted to the decision of the Kosovo government on the previous decision on the expropriation of Serbian land in the north of Kosovo, which was adopted on February 2.
