European Union Spokesperson Peter Stano, in response to the publication of the CSM draft by the former head of the Kosovo Information Agency, Burim Ramadani, who claims it is a draft prepared by the EU, stated that he did not know who Ramadani was and that he saw no reason to comment on anything he claimed or published, as reported by Euractiv.

Stano emphasizes that the EU's proposal on the CSM has not been publicly released because diplomatic efforts are ongoing.

"A new balanced European proposal for the Community has been presented, and both sides have discussed it. However, the EU proposal has not been publicly released as diplomatic efforts are underway. We never disclose official documents under discussion, and we expect the same from our partners, as it is standard practice in international mediation for the process to be conducted in confidentiality," Stano said, adding that it had long been the Commission's policy not to comment on information about alleged leaks.

The former head of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (KIA), Burim Ramadani, has published a draft of the CSM statute, which, as he stated, was prepared by the European Union.

According to his statements, based on what he has read, Kosovo should get "something big in return if it implements what is agreed upon in the draft."
