A video from the interrogation of a Serb is circulating on social networks
A video from the interrogation of a Serb Nenad Orlovic, who was arrested by the Kosovo Special Forces on Friday in North Mitrovica, appeared on social networks, in which he is seen without clothes up to the waist, but with a black bag over his head and face, while his hands are tied behind his back.
Orlovic was arrested yesterday after being surrounded by the members of the Kosovo Special Police, although he did not even try to escape.
He was detained by the Police for up to 48 hours, and his lawyer Nebojsa Vlajic said that the police were charging him with riots on May 29 in Zvecan and for being at the December barricades in the north.
This video, in which Orlovic is in a humiliating position, naked, violates his human rights and dignity.
The director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, mentioned earlier today that such a video was circulating on social networks.
"They published a shameful video of Orlovic, sitting naked up to his waist - that's how they arrested him because the man works in a car wash - in the room where he is being interrogated, with a black bag on his head... And with various music and comments, they share that on social networks and brag about torturing a Serb... like all previously arrested Serbs... Orlovic was arrested in a car wash, near Dudin Krs; the man did not hide... They arrest just like that, then take them to the interrogation room, and torture them, they put bags on their heads, and then they let it out on social networks for the young Albanians to enjoy..." Petkovic said.
The High EU Representative for Foreign and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, said yesterday that the Union was very upset about the situation in the north of Kosovo and the arrest of the Serbs without a legal basis.
