Arms full of wounds from tying, hematomas on the head and body, everywhere visible scars from beatings, in this condition the liaison officer Dejan Pavicevic had found the Serbs detained in detention units in Grdovac near Podujevo and Gnjilan on June 20, as stated in the report that was published two days ago; the President of Serbia handed it to the head of the European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, and the EU Envoy for Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, Vecernje novosti reports.

On everything he saw and heard from the arrested Serbs, Pavicevic made a detailed report, which was handed over to Borrell and Lajcak, in order to point out to them the atrocities and torture that the arrested Serbs were going through.

The liaison officer in Grdovac near Podujevo spoke with Milun Lune Milenkovic, Nemanja Vlaskovic, Milovan Bozovic, and Dalibor Spasic, while in Gnjilan he visited Rados Petrovic and Dusan Obrenovic.

Those detained in Grdovac asked for help to be transferred to the "prison" in North Mitrovica so that their families could visit them more easily.

As he wrote in the report, almost everyone was charged with the crime of spreading religious and national hatred. And the members of the Kosovo Police, it is stated, during the arrest insulted everyone on a national basis, swearing at their Serbian mother.

"To all persons, the Kosovo Police officers and prosecutors repeated the same sentence - that they were victims of Serbia, that the state of Serbia forced them to commit the acts they were charged with, and then they were asked where that country is now, which is reaping the benefits, and you will spend ten years in prison," Pavicevic stated, whose observations are reported by Novosti.

Milun Lune Milenkovic

The father of two minor children has visible injuries on the back of his head wrapped in gauze, under which, according to him, there are several "stitches" after sewing up the injury inflicted by members of the Kosovo Police with a blow with the gunstock of a rifle.

A hematoma above the right eye and bilateral hematomas on the neck and above the collarbone, back, and under the rib cage on the left side are visible. On the joints of the hands of both hands, lacerations caused by binding are visible, which are healing, and he also complains about numbness and tingling in the thumbs of both hands as a result of long-term binding.

The liaison officer found Milinkovic in an extremely bad mental state; during the visit he seemed visibly confused, conspicuously anxious, and quite depressed. According to his statements, members of the Kosovo Police beat him, harassed him, shouted at him, cursed, and insulted him on a national basis during his arrest.

After bringing him to the Police station, they told him that they were taking him to Bajgora, and then showed him pictures of KLA members from 1999, with the intention of intimidating and breaking him so that he would make a statement that "suits them". Since they failed, they told him that he would "lie" in prison for at least ten years and that he had been charged with breaking into the premises of the CEC, throwing explosive devices at them, and that they had had pictures from the city, as well as pictures that show him taking the bombs from the ambulance.

Also, they blame him for the attack on KFOR soldiers in Zvecan, although he was not in Zvecan on the critical day. Milinkovic stated that they then had begun to torture him, hitting him with the gunstock of a rifle, with their hands and feet, while his hands had been tied. Then they lifted him onto a chair to sit, then knocked him to the ground with a kick to the head, then lifted him onto the chair again and repeated the blows. That all lasted until the "inspectors from Pristina" came, then he was taken to the hospital where a CT scan of his head was performed due to suspicion of a skull fracture, i.e. bleeding in the brain. Milinkovic said that he was an athlete, that he had never been suspected of anything in his life, and that he feared for his reputation.

Nemanja Vlaskovic

The father of two children has no visible signs of physical injuries. According to his own statements, after his "arrest", members of the Kosovo Police informed him that he had been charged with spreading national, racial, and religious hatred, attacking journalists, destroying other people's property, as well as "illegally crossing the state border".

Dalibor Spasic

A father of one child, and no serious injuries. The liaison officer noticed that hematomas were visible on Spasic's hands, as well as lacerations on the wrist caused by the means of binding. According to Spasic, the Kosovo police officers hit him several times in the head area during the interrogation, constantly asking him who the people with the "balaclava" were. To that, he replied that he did not know and that he was not a criminal, but a medical technician who had been working in "covid" for months, helping both the Serbs and the Albanians. He also replied that he was a DJ whose music was listened to by both the Serbs and the Albanians. He told the liaison officer that he had been charged with the attack on the journalists (although he states that he was defending the cameraman from breaking his camera and phone), as well as the attack on KFOR. He also stated that on Jarinje, on the day of his arrest, after half an hour's detention, they had let him continue to Raska, only to arrest him on his way back, after which they had cursed and insulted him on a national basis.

Milovan Bozovic

The father of three children has been in "detention" for two and a half months. Hence, there are no visible injuries, except on the upper arm of the right arm in the form of muscle rupture, which occurred during the arrest. According to his own statements, he was not mistreated, but the members of the Kosovo Police used excessive force during the arrest, as well as after the arrest. He is charged with assaulting an official, injuring a police officer, setting a car on fire, shooting at the police, and participating in an organized criminal group.

He is said to have been arrested by KFOR soldiers, who took him away from the protest before the conflict began, which was documented by the media and surveillance cameras, which should automatically exonerate him from the charges against him. According to his own statements, he was not mistreated after his arrest, and he does not complain about the conditions in "detention". Petrovic is a respected businessman, who employs both the Serbs and the Albanians and very often stays south of the Ibar, due to his business contacts with the Albanians. He states that he asked the doctor to increase his therapy "against that anxiousness". He also said that members of the ICRC had visited him and that his lawyer and family visited him regularly.

Dusan Obrenovic

He has visible scars on his head and face, and during the interview, he showed the liaison officer a scar on the upper side of the pelvic bone on the right side. According to him, the scars are the result of a brutal beating after being arrested and taken to the Kosovo Police station. As he said, he had also been detained by KFOR soldiers who had taken him away before the start of the conflict. Also, he says that those same soldiers attended his first appearance before the judge, "writing something down", but that they did not tell the same judge that he was taken into custody by KFOR soldiers before the conflict with them took place.
