Vucic: The greatest challenge in the coming period – Kosovo; Serbia will always stand by its people

President of Serbia and leader of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), Aleksandar Vucic, stated today at the party assembly that the greatest challenge in the coming period will be the issue of Kosovo, as Pristina is terrorizing the Serbian people, and he emphasized that Serbia will stand by its people and that the repetition of the Krajina scenario must never be allowed.

During the open session of the assembly, Vucic relayed that all SNS members from Kosovo, who were supposed to attend the gathering in Kragujevac, are now in Kosovo, where the situation is difficult.

"The Albanian regime in Pristina is conducting true terror against our people, while some pretend to be clueless and naive. In reality, their intention, referring to the West, is to issue statements supposedly against Pristina in order to allegedly satisfy us, but in fact, we are expected to accept what is called the 'new reality,' which is completely contrary to the interests of the Serbian people and goes against all signed agreements, international acts, and norms," Vucic said.

He stated that the resistance of the Serbian people would be stronger and more powerful.

"I hope it will be through peaceful and democratic means, but if they are attacked, I am certain they will defend themselves. Serbia and the SNS must stand by their people in Kosovo and Metohija; it is our obligation. We must not allow a repetition of the Krajina scenario or the expulsion of our people ever again," Vucic concluded.
