The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said tonight that he would not recognize Kosovo, nor would he give up on the request for the formation of the CSM.

He said at the press conference that the Serbs respected the agreement and the Brussels agreement for 10 years, while the Albanians did not, and that now Albin Kurti says that the request for the formation of the CSM in the dialogue is a "childish wish" and that Serbia can only get it if it recognizes Kosovo RTV reports.

"Since we will be exposed to such pressure, regardless of the price, to recognize them or allow them to enter the UN - I am not as stupid as I seem to some and I will not accept it. It does not occur to me, they will have to fulfill what they signed in the Brussels Agreement", Vucic pointed out.

According to his words, both he and the whole of Serbia will be exposed to fierce attacks and pressure from outside, not only the hirbird war that we have been exposed to so far, but so far to the largest and most difficult possible pressures.

"And I can expect that already from December 17, when the representatives of Germany, France, America and Brussels will be in Belgrade and when they will 'explain' to me how we must behave and if not what the consequences will be," Vucic said.

He showed documents that confirmed that in previous years, work was done on the drafting of the CSM statute and that these were not childish things, as Kurti calls them.

As he noted factographically, for the media, all of Kurti's statements in which he violates international law and the Brussels Agreement, in order to show what was happening in Kosovo and Metohija.

He said that in 2015, the EU in its official report on progress for the entire region, in the special report for Kosovo in item 5 on normalization, stated that progress had been made with the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, and on April 4, 2018, it was said that Kosovo issued a mandate for the Management Team to start writing the CSM statute.

He then showed a letter from the Management Team that was sent to Miroslav Lajcak on April 18, 2022, informing him of what was done in this regard.

"And now we are entering 2023 and they say that these are our petty games, but every day they ask the Serbs to return to Kosovo's institutions, which is all mentioned in the Brussels agreement," Vucic said.
