Vucic with Lajcak: The formation of the CSM is a prerequisite for the normalization of relations
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic spoke with the EU Special Representative for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Miroslav Lajcak, about the European proposal, the formation of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, and other necessary steps aimed at normalizing relations between the Serbs and Albanians. On that occasion, Vucic reiterated that the formation of the CSM was a prerequisite for the normalization of relations, as well as for the security and protection of the rights of the Serbs in Kosovo.
In the press release after the meeting that was delivered by the Presidency, it is stated that Vucic stressed that Serbia was working responsibly and was committed to negotiating in order to achieve compromise and sustainable solutions necessary for a normal life and a better future for all citizens, with clearly stated limitations.
Vucic stated on his Instagram account "buducnostsrbijeav" that he had had a difficult and meaningful conversation with Lajcak and announced that the talks about Kosovo with Lajcak would continue tonight, as well as tomorrow.
"Difficult and meaningful conversation with Miroslav Lajcak; we will continue the talks about Kosovo and Metohija and the European future of Serbia tonight and throughout the day tomorrow. Long live Serbia!" the President of Serbia wrote.
