The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, summarizing the week behind us, said that Serbia continued the fight to preserve peace and added that the meeting with Srdjan Petrovic, a winemaker from Velika Hoca, had been particularly emotional.

"His family represents both our suffering, but also the defiance and pride of the remaining Serbs in our Kosovo and Metohija. That is why we continue to fight for Serbia in the best possible way, with tireless peacekeeping and talks with all partners, in order to ensure the best possible conditions for the growth of our Serbia and the tranquility of all our citizens," Vucic stated on his Instagram profile "buducnostsrbijeav”.

He added that he was proud of the results that Serbia had achieved in 2022.

"As we approach the end of the year, we inevitably begin to summarize the results and make plans for 2023. I am proud that Serbia already has a record inflow of direct foreign investments, even though 2022 has not yet ended, but I am even more proud that despite all difficult challenges - our country rushes forward, without losing its ambition to achieve even more and to be even better", Vucic emphasized.

Vucic reminded that another factory had been opened in Serbia this week.

"With Chinese friends from the “CRIC“company, I discussed capital projects that will position Serbia at the very top in terms of the highest standards in the field of road infrastructure, while I attended with great pleasure the opening of the Toyo Tire factory, the most modern facility of its kind and the only one that this global industrial giant opened on the old continent," Vucic pointed out.
