Vucic speaks with Bin Zayed: Full support for our friends in the UAE

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic held a telephone conversation with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, regarding geopolitical challenges, the situation in the Middle East, as well as the further enhancement of the exceptionally strong bilateral relations between Serbia and the UAE.

In a post on Instagram, Vucic wrote that he reiterated that Serbia highly values the sincere friendship it has built over the years with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the UAE, a relationship founded on trust, mutual respect, and a shared vision of development and a prosperous future for their citizens.

The Serbian President added that he had expressed Serbia’s full support for its friends in the UAE and voiced his hope that peace, stability, and security would be preserved during these challenging times.

“We exchanged views on the most important international political issues and reaffirmed our commitment to continuing close cooperation for the mutual benefit of our countries and peoples. With particular pleasure, I invited Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed to visit Serbia, convinced that his visit would further strengthen our strategic partnership, reinforce our friendly ties, and create opportunities for new joint projects of significance for the future of our states,” Vucic wrote.
