The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, announced that the Albanian police officers in Kosovo pointed their guns at his son Danilo, who attended the Vidovdan celebrations in Gracanica, demanding that he takes off his T-shirt with the message "Surrender is not an option" at all costs, which he did not do.
Vucic wrote on Instagram shortly after midnight that he only then found out what had been happening in Kosovo.
"Only now did I find out what was happening in Kosovo. The last time when they stopped Danilo, not far from Podujevo, the Albanian police demanded that he take off the T-shirt that said "Surrender is not an option" at all costs. Danilo did not agree, and then they pointed their guns at him and asked - "Father's name?" He answered: "Alexander! That's my dad and your president!" His shirt was not taken off, his honor was not besmirched. Surrender is not an option," said President Vucic.
