Vucic: We have not given up on the UN Security Council session, we are waiting for an opportune moment
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said that Serbia did not give up on asking for a session of the United Nations Security Council and added that the best moment was being sought for it, because the current situation, which was already difficult for the Serbs in Kosovo, was not going to stop.
"The question is what we will get when we request a session, but we will do it," said Vucic on TV Happy.
He points out that the real situation in Kosovo is difficult, because Serbs are persecuted and arrested.
"We are dealing with an irrational man who does not want peace, whose lifelong dream is to unite Albania and Kosovo, who lacks a war biography, who would like to be like Adem Demaqi or Enver Hoxha... Serbs are finding it harder to live, so I hope that in the next two, for three months, keep the situation at this level, that there will be no deterioration, because any deterioration means the impossibility of the survival of our people in Kosovo and Metohija," emphasized Vucic.
Asked about the sanctions imposed on Albin Kurti, Vucic answered with a counter-question - what are those sanctions.
As he says, he knows about the sanctions against Milan Radojicic, Aleksandar Vulin, Milorad Dodik, Zeljka Cvijanovic, Stevandic, but he does not know what the sanctions are against Kurti.
Vucic points out that Kurti is the only one to blame for everything that happened in Kosovo, but that only Serbs were persecuted, as well as that only Serbs were arrested and held responsible.
Asked if he had received evidence for imposing sanctions on Security Intelligence Agency director Aleksandar Vulin, Vucic asked how he could get something that did not exist.
"I'm listening to nonsense, that doesn't exist, I'm not a fool, I'm reading something inappropriate," said Vucic.
Commenting on the allegations that the vice-president of the Serbian List, Milan Radojicic, secretly cooperates with Kurti, the Serbian president pointed out that it was a shame and that he could not comment on it, considering that two men were a "nightmare" for Kurti - Milan Radojicic and Aleksandar Vucic.
"There are two people who are his nightmare - one happens to be me and he shows it everywhere and doesn't hide it, and just look at how many times he said my name in an interview in newspapers Vecernji List, and the other is the one they fear, both he and his servants, it is exactly the man we are talking about, whom they see behind every tree, house, and whenever they go on some action to the north, their legs and arms shake because they see Milan Radojicic behind everything," Vucic said.
He reminded that the Albanians dropped the accusation that Radojicic killed Oliver Ivanovic.
"But he was forbidden to live in Kosovo and Metohija, he was declared the number one criminal in Europe and the entire north of Serbian Kosovo and Metohija was declared a criminal oasis and I don't even know what, in which many media in Belgrade participated. Why? Because it suits them that way, because they believed they could make some political point for themselves and against me. And what did you do against your people? And Milan Radojicic bothers them because he is brave," said Vucic.
