Vuksanovic: More signatures than necessary collected for the dismissal of the mayor of Zvecan

Citizens' representative for collecting signatures for the petition to dismiss the mayor of Zvecan, Darko Vuksanovic, stated for Kosovo Online that more signatures than necessary for the dismissal of Ilir Peci had been collected in that municipality.

In Zvecan, due to significant citizen interest, the collection of signatures for the dismissal of the mayor was completed on the first day, Friday.

"We started yesterday at nine o'clock and finished at 4 o'clock. Moreover, we collected more votes than needed", Vuksanovic said.

He thanked the citizens for their excellent turnout.

"About all further steps we will take, we will inform you on Monday, as well as the exact number of signatures", Vuksanovic added.
