A large number of Serbs at the gathering in Ranilug despite the attempt by the Kosovo Police to block the location
Today, the Kosovo Police blocked access to Ranilug, where Serbs are protesting alongside those in Gracanica against the arrests of their compatriots.
Due to the police action, car queues formed at the entrance to Ranilug, and those attending the rally had to take alternative routes, with many choosing to walk to the gathering.
More than 1,000 people are present at the gathering, which began with the singing of the national anthem "Boze pravde" (God of Justice). Serbian flags are waving, and the younger participants are wearing T-shirts that say "Stop the Arrests of Serbs".
The attendees are carrying banners that read: "Stop the Persecution of Serbs", "Why is EULEX silent - Freedom for Zlatan, Rados, Dusan, Lune, Nemanja, Milovan, Dragisa, Sladjan, Dalibor, Uros", "Why is Quint silent", "Stop the Terror against Serbs"...
Yesterday, special forces of the Kosovo Police arrested Dragisa Milenkovic on allegations of war crimes.
