A Serb arrested in Jarinje, people from Leposavic and North Mitrovica are setting up barricades
A Serb Dejan Pantic, who was an integrated member of the Kosovo Police, was arrested today in Jarinje, and the Serbs from the north of Kosovo are gathering and setting up barricades.
As reported by Kosovo Online reporters from Leposavic and North Mitrovica, the Serbs did not want to allow the arrested person to be taken to Pristina.
It can be heard from those gathered that he is a man without a blemish in his career, who did not participate in the hostilities in Kosovo.
A large number of citizens gathered at the entrance and exit from Leposavic, in Socanica, Lesak and several hundred citizens also gathered in Rudar near Zvecani, near the cross, as well as in nearby Srbovac.
According to reporters from the field, the number of gathered people was increasing from moment to moment, and sirens could be heard in North Mitrovica and Zvecan.
As we found out, Pantic, who had recently left the Kosovo Police, when the Serbs had left the institutions, had been arrested today at the administrative crossing, while he was returning from the direction of Raska, and at the time of his arrest, he had been with his wife.
