The barricades that were set up by the Serbs in northern Kosovo due to the arrest of Dejan Pantic have entered the 15th day. And while arrest lists are arriving from Pristina, KFOR says that a solution to calm the tensions must be sought through dialogue.

Among the gathered citizens the previous night, another one they spent under the open sky, the main topic was the lists for the arrest of Serbs that were published yesterday by the deputy of the Self-Determination Movement, Armend Muja.

As they say, such messages from officials from Pristina strengthen them even more in their intention to release Pantic and other arrested Serbs.

Barricades were placed in Rudare, Lesak, Ibarska Slatina, and in several other places on the main roads in northern Kosovo, which lead from Mitrovica and Zvecani to Leposavic and Zubin Potok and to the administrative crossings of Jarinje and Brnjak.

The arrested Djan Pantic is still in custody at the Jarinje administrative crossing.

They say from Pristina that the barricades should be removed by force, however, KFOR commander Major General Angelo Michele Ristuccia said last night that dialogue was the key to finding a solution to calming the tensions in the north of Kosovo.
