In the local elections in Serbian areas, the highest turnout recorded in Zvecan and Ranilug

Voter turnout in the local elections in Kosovo was 39.07 percent, according to data from the Central Election Commission (CIK). Higher turnout was recorded in Serbian-majority areas, led by two municipalities — Zvecan and Ranilug.

According to the CIK, voter turnout in Zvecan was 59.75 percent, and in Ranilug 59.4 percent.

Turnout was also high in Zubin Potok — 58.83 percent.

More than half of registered voters cast their ballots in Novo Brdo — 55.91 percent, and in Klokot — 54.22 percent.

In the municipality of Strpce, 48.08 percent of registered voters went to the polls today.

Slightly fewer eligible voters exercised their right in Gracanica — 47.14 percent, as well as in Partes, where 46.9 percent voted.

In North Mitrovica, turnout reached 45.84 percent.

According to the CIK, in Leposavic the turnout was 27.81 percent, but this figure is based on results from only seven out of 25 polling stations processed.

At the same time, in Pristina, 46.51 percent of registered voters had cast their ballots by 7 p.m.

Turnout in Prizren was 28.03 percent, in South Mitrovica 38.77 percent, and in Pec 34.46 percent of registered voters.
