Citizens of Leposavic continue their protest against the entry of the Deputy Minister for Communities and Returns into the municipal building

The citizens of Leposavic gathered once again this morning to express their dissatisfaction over the entry of the deputy Kosovo Minister for Communities and Returns, Radojica Radomirovic, and about ten other individuals into the municipal building.

Around six o'clock this morning, Radomirovic, accompanied by a group of about ten young people and police officers, entered the municipal building, as reported by the Kosovo Online reporter.

The citizens, who have been protesting for several months due to the presence of what they claim is an illegal Albanian mayor in the municipal building, express their discontent with Radomirovic's arrival and call on KFOR to act in line with their mandate and prevent anyone from entering the municipal building.

The municipality's employees, who have been unable to access their workplaces for over two months, state that this is another form of provocation.

Yesterday, around nine o'clock, Radomirovic managed to enter the building with the same group of people, despite being greeted with whistles by the citizens of Leposavic.

Although KFOR did not approve entry yesterday, after a little over an hour of delay, the Kosovo Police, despite the objections of the gathered citizens, allowed about ten people, who claimed they were administrative staff, to enter through the rear entrance of the Leposavic Municipal Building.
